The cost of each CD is $15, with one $3.50 media mail shipping/handling fee for up to 3 CDs. Quantity discounts will be offered on request.

Ordering Instructions:

2) Include in your e-mail this info:

· Title and quantity of each CD you are ordering,

· Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

3) An invoice will be sent to you by return e-mail. You may pay instantly by credit card or paypal, or send a check by U.S. mail.

The CD(s) will be mailed to you the next business day.
